I came to counselling as a mature (in age) adult having had a myriad of life’s challenge, experiences, poor choices and addictions.

I had a vision of what I wanted to achieve in the remaining years of my life, but I felt overwhelmed and discouraged. I felt very limited in what I could do in order to overcome the challenges I was facing.
